Proprietary Dry-Aging Process

Our characterization of the best atmosphere thoughtfully controls our aging room, and also contains pink Himalayan salt bricks on a timed cycle allowing for longer periods of aging. This process allows the beef to absorb the salt's subtle flavors, creating extremely tender cuts, complex flavor profiles, and an irresistible umami taste.

Whether it’s early morning before a big meeting or the end of a long day, sometimes you just want the comfort of your own quiet space. With In-Room Dining at PRIME Mēt Steakhouse & Rooftop Lounge, you can enjoy our elevated cuisine without leaving your room.

Simply order directly from the app on your TV screen — your meal will be delivered right to your room, no heavy trays or carts needed. Our full restaurant menu is available anytime the dining room is open.

  • While reservations are not required, we highly recommend making one to secure your table, especially during peak dining hours. You can make a reservation through our website or by calling our restaurant directly.

  • Our dress code is smart casual. While formal attire is not necessary, we ask that our guests avoid overly casual clothing like beachwear or flip-flops.

  • Parking Information

    For your convenience, arriving hotel guests are kindly directed to park at the following location:

    Overnight Parking:

    • $28.00 per night

    • Note: This rate does not include in-and-out privileges.

    In-and-Out Privileges:
    If you prefer the flexibility of leaving and re-entering the garage:

    • $8.00 per hour for the first 3 hours

    • After the 4th hour, a flat fee of $28.00 applies

    • Payment is made directly at the LAZ Parking office located in the SB level of the garage.

  • Certainly! We have private dining options available for small gatherings as well as event booking options for larger parties.
