AtCave × PRIME Mēt Collaboration On October 15 at 6:00 PM, PRIME Mēt Steakhouse welcomes AtCave for a one-night cocktail pop-up at Prime Met Steakhouse, located at the Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel at Tangram.

Known for experimental techniques, unexpected ingredients, and cocktails that challenge the ordinary, AtCave will bring six signature creations from its cocktail menu to PRIME Mēt for an evening built around discovery.

Teana Colada

Da Hong Pao tea-infused white rum, apricot brandy, pineapple and Malibu.

Gherlin Dew

Osmanthus black tea-infused vodka, house-made plum syrup, grape and lemon.

Moss & Fire

Cayenne pepper-infused rum with Chinese spices and herbs.

Peppercorn-infused gin, passion fruit, lemon, cream, egg white and club soda.
